In these capacities, Shivani successfully managed multiple branches across various cities, driving both growth and innovation.
As our Regional Manager, Shivani leads our sales initiatives and plays a key role in shaping and executing strategic plans to expand ACEA Global’s reach. Her deep knowledge of team management, university coordination, admissions, visa services, and branch operations ensures that we continue to deliver exceptional support to students pursuing their dreams of studying abroad.
Ms. Ritu has been an integral part of the company since its inception, playing a pivotal role in its growth and success. Starting with just two countries, her strategic guidance and deep counselling expertise have expanded the company’s reach to over 15 countries across Europe, establishing it as a trusted name in the study abroad industry.
With comprehensive knowledge of the entire student journey—from course selection and admissions to visa approvals—Ms. Ritu ensures every student receives accurate, personalized, and result-driven guidance. Her leadership, initially as Head of the European Team, laid the groundwork for operational efficiency, strong process frameworks, and a well-trained, motivated team.
She also plays a key role in managing university partnership tie-ups, enhancing the institution’s global network. As a marketing lead, she has successfully elevated the company’s brand visibility across digital and offline platforms.
